CUSTOM WELDING & FABRICATION

American Precision Engineering specializes in complex geometry, and tight tolerance metal fabrication. We can work in a wide range of materials including mild, stainless, aluminum, titanium and various alloys ranging in thickness from .030” to 3”.
With our CNC laser cutter and CNC press brake we can cut and form a wide range of sheet metal products including custom enclosures, cabinets, and brackets.
With welders qualified to multiple welding codes in both MIG and TIG, we are the go-to resource for critical welding applications.

Sheetmetal
Utilizing CNC Laser and Pressbrake technology, we accurately cut and form your precision sheetmetal parts. We can also insert PEM hardware, rivets, and perform other secondary operations to complete a high-quality product for you.
Fabrication
We specialize in complex, high precision fabrication for defense, aerospace, transportation, precision ag, and industrial manufacturing clients. We can fabricate your solution in steel, aluminum, stainless, titanium, and various alloy materials. We will design and build a fabrication fixture and develop a process to efficiently manufacture your product to the highest quality.
MACHINING
If your project requires milling or turning we have the capability to perform both CNC and manual machining and turning. Having in-house machining capacity gives us absolute control over quality and schedule so that we can deliver better parts faster.
Welding
Most fabrication projects will require welding, and our welders will be able to complete it to the highest quality standards. Our welders are certified to the AWS D1.1 structural welding code and can certify to other codes as projects require. We utilize both MIG and TIG welding and work with a wide range of materials from .030” to 2” thick.
Prototyping
The combo of engineering and fabrication make us the ideal solution to develop a working prototype for your next big idea.
